Cornina & Rondinella

This cuvée, whose name can be translated as “wine disobedient from birth”, is produced from young vines of Rondinella and Cornina de Valpolicella.

We love its lightness and fluidity – it has only 11% alcohol, it's bright and floral and fruity!

The maceration is short (less than a week), the fermentation is done thanks to indigenous yeasts, the aging takes place in concrete vats and the bottling is carried out without filtration or fining.
