Vrigny - Champagne, France

55% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay

A fresh and beautiful Champagne. On the nose, it smells of citrus fruits, peach, white fruit, honey and almonds. On the palate, there is a light but present bubble where the minerality really shines. 

The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel. Aged 3 years on the lees in the bottles. 

Biodynamic, family run estate in Vrigny, a Premier Cru village in Montagne de Reims. Farming since 1799, bottling since 1930. Ecocert and Demeter certified.
