"Originating in the adriatic and rhône valley, our 100% viognier shines as brightly as its old world counterparts in texas. the intensity of the sun and drought in 2022 made this a hot, high alcohol vintage, which we balanced with full skin contact, an extended maceration and light oxidation in foudre. vibrant aromatics and notable minerality is balanced and weighted by full malo, elongated the wine and making it more elegant! invigorating, energetic, and striking - drink it to the last drop."
