100% Mitsvane

A skin contact release made from the Mtsvane grape, with two weeks of maceration and then eight months in amphora. It has a light minerality that elevates it out of the tannic Georgian orange wines and into a kind of secondary category of deliciousness.

Savory, spicy, tropical and exotic, it is mouthful of pleasure, no matter how you stack it.
