90% Grenache, 10% Carignan

Clean, fresh aromas with scents of red and black mature fruits, subtly spicy with hints of smoke. On the palate, velvety textured, slightly smoky and very expressive. Ripe and fresh with gentle, silky tannins.

The grapes for Sileo come from a number of organically-farmed vineyards around Cornudella de Montsant planted on calcareous clay soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and ferment and age in a mix of used French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
