Valpolicella blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseleta

Ruby red in color with purplish tinges. On the nose, fragrant and floral with notes of cherries and red plums. On the palate, fresh and juicy. The minerality of the estate's limestone soil is evident, and the finish crisp.

The estate of Monte Dall'Ora is owned by Alessandra and Carlo Venturini and is located at Castellroto, in the hills outside Verona. The Venturinis are firm adherents to biodynamic principles and encourage the growth of biodiversity by planting herbs such as rosemary and lavender in the summer to attract bees and by sowing cereals in the winter, the roots of which aerate the soil. In addition, indigenous grape varieties are employed wherever possible. The Saseti is fermented in stainless steel tanks using only natural local yeasts.
