Sang Neuf 2020
Winemaker Cyrille Vuillod made his first vintage in 2012, while also working and learning the trade under Jean-Claude Lapalu. Organic farming. Whole-cluster carbonic maceration for 16 days. Aged for 5 months in concrete egg. No added sulfur.
The wine is surprisingly deep at first but with air the flavors become bright red fruits like cranberries & raspberries carried by a refreshing, crunchy acidity.
