A blend of Procanico, Francesino, Riminese, Nocchianello Bianco and Verdello
The wine combines the structure and fullness of a skin contact wine with the freshness and perfumes of a classic white wine. Grapefruit and lemongrass on the nose, fresh and mineral on the palate.
'Roccolina' is a strong representation of the philosophy behind Ranchelle. It gives space and a voice to the indigenous varieties that have been left hidden behind more popular grapes. Ansonica, Francesino, Procanico, Verdello, Duropersico and Nocchianello are all blended together. A short two days maceration, the wines is fermented and aged in stainless steel.
