Zinfandel, Barbera Blend

Look no further than this wine if you like fruit forward, fresh reds with a bit of structure. This wine is made of Barbera and Zinfandel is grown on schist soil over limestone. Dynamic and fun, this wine has great tension with its forward fruit, supple tannins and lively acidity.

 Matthew Rorick believes strongly that site and farming produce all that they should like to find in a bottle of wine. He doesn't want to muddy the story, by adding water, yeast, acid or enzymes, that had nothing to do with what the vines put into each of the clusters.
