This charming white comes from a 10 hectare plot of biodynamically farmed Picpoul grapes that were planted to clay/limestone soils. Zesty and bright, with hints of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, this wine is an ideal aperitif before a meal, but it will also partner fabulously with oysters and shellfish, bruschetta, and rice dishes.
