65% Gamay, 25% Pinot Noir, 10% Auxerrois

Another 'Glou glou' sparkling wine from Maison Crochet.

Predominantly Gamay, which hits you on that first sip with the fruit coming through (we are getting cherry, peach and nectarine). This is pretty light on its feet however the Auxerrois and Pinot Noir do lend some body and roundness.

Fine bubbles as you would come to expect if you have a few Pet Nats under your belt. Beautiful in the glass with a late summers sunset hue of peachy tangerine.
