Our new favorite Pet Nat--this Gamay is produced by masterminded Raph at Domaine Saint Cyr. This is high-toned, mineral, and crushable to the core. A stunning balance of savory and thirst quenching. Green apples, raspberry, salinity, and cotton candy. The only problem, perhaps, is that the bottle empties too quickly.
