Oregon
70% Pinot Gris, 30% Pinot Noir
‘P Chill’ is not-quite-red but not-quite-white, summer-y, easy-drinking, and best served very well...chilled. Tastes of red cherry, cranberry, grapefruit and white pepper.
Pinot Noir grapes spend 30 days on the skins as whole cluster; Pinot Gris is direct-press. The wines are fermented separately and aged in a mixture of French neutral oak and stainless steel before blending. Lightly sulfured at bottling; no fining.
