100% Grenache

Notre Terre is the side project of Brunnhilde Claux, who got her start under Dominik Huber at Terroir al Limit in the Priorat before establishing her own label, Domaine de Courbissac, in the heart of the Minervois.

At Courbissac she decided to isolate a plot of Grenache Noir that she was particularly fond of, which became the Notre Terre line. The 100% Grenache Noir is light, fresh, juicy, and refined, with low tannins and an herbaceous undertone throughout. A perfect food wine.
