From one of the great Oenologists of Greece, Bakis Tsalkos who single handedly created the winemaking industry of Drama, Greece in the 80’s ( North Greece ). He studied at University of France and worked in Bordeaux. He employs natural methods and believes in minimal intervention winemaking .
