Deep dark chocolate, stewed raspberries and tobacco. A beautiful full-bodied red.

A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Malbec, 25% Pais(Cabernet planted 1999, Malbec and Pais planted in 1776), dry farmed organically on Trumau, a type of volcanic soil native to Central and Southern Chile. All grapes are hand harvested and fermented in rauli. The wine continues to age in old netural oak barriques for about 10 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero SO2.
