100% Sauvignon Blanc

Matousè is made from 100% old-vine Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Selected from a vineyard with limestone, clay and flint stone soils in the region of Touraine, Loire Valley. 

Alexis used a long cold temperature winemaking process in a fibreglass vat, with little filtration and minimal sulphur to give pure flavours and dense texture.

Matousè is a nutty, rich Sauvignon Blanc. It is clean and complex. There is an elegant depth to this wine with consistent acidity.
