This Brut Réserve from Louis Nicaise is lively and fruity, with a pronounced nose of mint, exotic fruit and caramel, it reveals a greedy saline mouthfeel. Rich on the palate, it is surmounted by a fine and sustained bubble which leads to a beautiful finish on the fruit in syrup. It is on the original lands of Champagne, in Hautvilliers, that Louis Nicaise's estate is located, and where the house's Premiers Crus come from
