This lovely, easy-drinking, mildly tannic, and super aromatic orange wine is super sunny and bright. 

From 35+ year old vines. Spontaneous fermentation with 5 days skin maceration. Aged in resin tanks. "Bucce" refers to the grape skins and skin-macerated style of this cuvee.

Della Staffa Winery is on the outskirts of Montemelino in Umbria. Not far from the vineyards, which is located for over twelve hectares, is Lake Trasimeno, which has a great influence on the climate and on the grapes. The estate dates back to the nineteenth century, but the first vintage as enologist director for Danilo Marcucci is 2015.
