Sauvignon Blanc

From 50-70 year old Sauvignon Blanc grapes organically grown in the Touraine region of Loire Valley. Whole cluster grapes are given a 10 day carbonic maceration for additional freshness.

Dry, floral, fruity, funky.

Laurent Lebled spent 30+ years as a wood merchant, and after the 2008 recession, his career had come to a standstill. In the nick of time, two childhood friends came to the rescue and nurtured him into a winemaking career. Though he had never worked with wine in his life, he found himself working with one of the two friends through the 2009 vintage.  “A la Vôtre,” meaning “Cheers,” was born in 2010, a year in which the two friends generously shared their winemaking knowledge with Laurent. Since then, he has been making natural, carbonically macerated whites and reds in the Touraine region of the Loire Valley.
