100% Carignan

This light red 'Claret', a delicate, lithe, red-fruited beauty that is shy and unaware of her powerful, structured backbone.  A transparent ruby in the glass and a mere 11.5% ABV, it could pass as a dark rosé, but there is subtle but unmistakable power and structure here.  Give her a light chill and let her shine with an autumn feast to unite all sorts of food on a long table with friends.
