Duras, Braucol, Merlot & Syrah
For this very special vintage, the Loire native Nicolas Grosbois decided to go in search of grapes, this time in the south, alongside his friends from Gaillac, hence the name “On vacation in Gaillac”.
This blend of duras, braucol, merlot and syrah is an ode to indulgence, promising bite, chew and fruit. The harvest is done manually and sorted, before being vinified in concrete vats. Easy to drink, this wine expresses notes of red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, complemented by pretty baking spices like clove & cinnamon.
