Single vineyard Melon de Bourgogne from an organic plot planted on Gabbro, a green volcanic rock based soil, in 1980 then aged in underground glass lined cement tanks.

Bottled sunshine. So minerally, clean and pristine, with meyer lemon zest and soft chalk. Totally dry and screaming for seafood.
