Made from organically farmed cool site Blaufrankisch that was partly destemmed. Some whole cluster, native yeast fermentation in a semi-closed container. The juice is moved by gravity into 1200 liter Austrian barrels and left to age without intervention, stirring or additives. This spicy and structured Rose is an exciting new example of Kolfok natural wines!
