Bright yellow in color with lovely aromas of yellow plum, melon and passion fruit. The palate is round and nicely textured.

Il Vinco's Mistione Bianco is a harmonious blend of indigenous white grapes, including Procanico, Rossetto, and Malvasia Bianca Lunga, cultivated in the vicinity of Lake Bolsena—inspiring the name "Mistione," signifying a blend or mix. These grapes undergo a two-day maceration on the skins within fibreglass vessels. Following this, the wine matures for six months in steel, all without the introduction of added sulphites.
