This Zweigelt comes from two vineyard sites in the Heideboden, the flat terrain that runs out to Lake Neusiedl. This famed area produces silky red wines that are rich and juicy. Spicy aromas on the nose are followed by deep cherry fruit. Flavors of grapefruit zest lift the palate, creating an elegant, yet playful wine.
