100% Muller Thurgau

Muller-Thurgau fermented on the skins for 25 days! Aromatic and tannic, notes of dried flowers, stone fruits, and tea. An ever-so-faint pinkish hue from the natural color of the variety's skins. 

The fruit was de-stemmed prior to crushing and allowed to spontaneously ferment. Aged in steel tanks. No filtering or fining, bottled with only a touch of sulfites.
