A medium+ bodied easy drinking red from the Rhone Valley. Tastes of cherry, plum and earth. So well balanced and delightful.
Winemaking: Antoine and Pierre Joly farm their estate vineyards with biodynamic principles. The fruit for Flonflons is harvested by hand and destemmed before fermentation. Fermentation lasts 15 days and is spontaneous. Flonflons is then aged for 6-8 months in concrete tanks before being bottled unfined, unfiltered and with minimal SO2
