Fleurie – Cuvée Spaciale
Pronounced aromas of sour cherries, fruity and plump palate with well-integrated tannins.
From 60 to 70 year old vines planted on sandy soil, with a granitic subsoil. The yields are tiny and average 15 hl/ha. The grapes are hand harvested, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no added sulfite during the vinification. Aged for 7 months in older demi-muids (600 liters).
