Succés Experiència is a light, aromatic and fresh wine. The aromas of ripe white fruit stand out, with notes of citrus and Mediterranean grass. In the mouth, it has a mid-weight palate with some volume and an elegant bitter finish.

Paralleda is one of those varieties that is only grown in a specific place, and that would be in Catalonia, Spain. The grape is known for its tart green apple flavors and for its production in Cava. The fruit comes from a farm with vines over 40 years old. The wine is allowed to ferment spontaneously with natural yeast, and experiences 20 days of skin contact.
