This is fresh, delicious, and chillable red wine. The fruit is all sourced from organic vineyards and the winemaking is low-intervention, yielding in wines that are alive. Spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak with indigenous yeasts, En Cavale wines are unfiltered and unfined.
Fresh and light bodied, with red berry notes and a subtle woodsy spice.
