52% Pinot Gris, 36% Pinot Noir, 12% Pinot Blanc

Do Nothing is the chillable red you've been looking forward to. It's a mix of red and white fruit sourced from dry-farmed, organic vines planted in the 70s. They ferment whole cluster carbonically, producing an explosively juicy and fruity wine! They literally just put the grapes in a bin, seal it and walk away (hence, do nothing). After that they put the juice into old French oak barrels where it finishes fermentation over the next five months.

Do Nothing tastes like Hawaiian Punch and river rocks, and is perfect with just about everything or perhaps preferably, nothing at all.
