Grown in clay, stony, and calcareous soils, these grapes thrive at altitudes of 550 to 700 meters. Our vineyard practices prioritize organic methods, fostering biodiversity and avoiding herbicides and pesticides. With manual harvesting and careful fermentation in stainless steel tanks and clay amphorae, this wine undergoes a natural transformation, resulting in a refreshing blend with minimal intervention.
