Ruth Lewandowski Chilion Skin Contact is a white skin-contact (orange wine) natural wine made from 100% Cortes grapes from Fox Hill Vineyard. Over 6 months of maceration with the skins for a wine that Evan Lewandowski describes as "Chilion is a chance for all to see just how incredibly complex this variety is...due mainly to the extended maceration on skins which provide amplified spice, herbs, and phenolics than we're all accustomed to with this particular grape.
