In collaboration with Patagonia Provisions comes the esteemed Chateau de Beru Chablis. Flinty & lean, full of zippy acidity - clementines & apricots with a lovely mouthfeel. Beautifully special wine!

Château de Béru has been around since the 12th century & in the family for 400 years. This Chablis is produced from a hillside vineyard rich in Kimmeridgian soil, mainly composed of crushed limestone and marine fossils. The vines are approximately 30 years old.  After a conversion to organic viticulture, the domain now also works biodynamically.
