And this Pet Nat made from Grüner Veltliner and Gelber Muskateller also works hard to transform the fermenting sugar into alcohol and carbon dioxide under the pressure of the bottle. But it pays off, because the resulting sparkling wine is juicy and clean with aromas of apples, pears and herbs, lively acidity and fresh lime notes.
