Juicy, cloudy PetNat that is bright, perky and textured. Aromatic melon and grapefruit and great acidity. 

Certified biodynamic farming, granite soils; harvested in small boxes, pressed & fermented in steel tanks, then rest on lees in tank for 5 months. Bottled under crown cap before finishing fermentation in bottle.
