Tastes like tart cherries, pomegranate and a touch of cinnamon with excellent acidity. Bright with the classic profile of earthy mourvedre but with lighter tannins and depth, wonderful mouth feel. Could be called a light red that is versatile, pairable with almost any food and protein.
