Tempranillo & Grenache Noir

The Akutain Cosecha is comprised of mostly Tempranillo with a small percentage Garnacha, hand-harvested from the family parcels, fermented in fiberglass vats with native yeasts and a short maceration, and raised over winter in fiber glass vats before being bottled without filtration or fining.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and juicy with a medium body and light, airy finish. Pair with a wide range of tapas from chorizo to gambas al ajillo to assorted meat pintxos.
