Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Roussanne

A blend of organically grown white grapes from the Loire Valley. Hand-picked grapes are directly pressed and fermented with indigenous yeast fermentation. Nothing added save a low amount of SO2 at bottling. No fining or filtering. Fresh stone fruit and citrus, medium to light in body, a great aperitif and paired with salads, seafood or chicken dishes.
