Sourced from two vineyards in Santa Maria, Rancho Ontiveros and Rancho Vinedo Vineyard, it’s a combination of older and younger vines.  Farmed organically, native yeast and partial whole cluster, the wine spends 7 months in old French oak barrels. This has taut energy. It feels alive with red plums, Goji berries, black cherry, sage and savory herbs. The perfect amount of tannins and acid.
