We’re proud to partner with Bixby Chocolate, a Rockland Maine-based company founded and led by Kate McAleer, to bring you our first-ever chocolate sardine! This collaboration is an homage to Maine’s storied sardine canning industry, which thrived along the coast from the 1800s to the early 2000s. Together, Fishwife and Bixby Chocolate reimagined the classic sardine tin with exquisitely molded dark chocolate fish, all sourced directly from farmers in Haiti and Ecuador. Enjoy
