100% Montepulciano 

In the glass it has a bright cherry red color. The profile is full of fragrant fruity aromas of morello cherry, red currant, raspberry, wild strawberries, pomegranate and light spicy nuances. Goes very well with pasta with tasty tomato sauces -Try it with pizza!

This Montepulciano selection comes from the oldest vines of our vineyards, a selected area on top of a hill. This wine age for about 20 months in vitrified concrete thanks and about 6 months in bottle before going out into the market. We only produce wines based on spontaneous fermentation and we don’t add any substance to the wines.
