A bone dry, slightly cloudy sparkling wine from the same region as Prosecco, made with organically farmed-fruit, at a small, family-run estate. Mongarda is one of the few artisanal Prosecco domaines, and we love everything we've tasted from them. There's ample minerality, crisp acidity, and flavors of white fruit and flowers, making it perfect to sip on its own, but complex enough to stand up to seafood, sushi or a cheese platter.
