Trousseau and Pinot Noir

Domaine Ligier’s Crémant du Jura Rosé Brut NV is made from Trousseau and Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone soils near Arbois. Grapes undergo short maceration for a pale pink hue, then bottle-fermented using the traditional method and aged 12–18 months on lees.

The result is a crisp, finely beaded sparkling rosé with notes of red berries, saline minerality, and vibrant acidity. A lively Jura Crémant ideal as an aperitif or with light fare.
