A balanced 50/50 blend of traditional and carbonic maceration results in a well-structured wine with loads of juicy character. Plum blossoms, ripe Santa Rosa plums, ripe red fruits and a clean freshness. Pepper notes and herbs with medium/high acidity which cleanses the palate while adding layers of depth.
