50% Carignan & 50% Zinfandel

A 50/50 blend of Carignan and Zinfandel from Hawkeye ranch in Redwood Valley. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Once dry, the wine aged for 10 months in older french oak barrels. Dense black brambly fruit supported by soft tannins and juicy acidity.
