Light, fresh, floral and fruity with a hint of spice. 

50/50 Gamay + Pineau d'Aunis from holdings near his home in St. Lambert-du-Lattay of the Coteaux du Layon in the western Loire Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested and carbonically macerate (spontaneous fermentation) in fiberglass vat prior to pressing. Aged a further 9 months in tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10.5%ABV
