Made from Jacquère and cultivated on 4.5 hectares across the Jongieux terroirs in Savoie, grapes are hand-picked, transported intact to the press and fermented slowly under thermal regulation in the estate cellars. The wine is low-alcohol, fresh, light, mineral and fruity, like a fresh ripe green pear.
