Fermented dry on its skins, pressed directly into barrels and then aged for 10 months before bottling.  Complex, invigorating and pleasantly bitter, the Fairy’s Sister is a great refresher for any season. Lemon flower and tropical fruit aromas make way for a citrus and peach-fuzz-pithy mouthful of wine. A little like sitting under a lemon tree and peeling a guava, only to find pink grapefruit under the skin!
